Many clients ask me, "What caused my back pain?" In the absence of an obvious trauma, or some disease process this is always a difficult question to answer. For many osteopaths 'the jury is still out' so to speak. I will have given you my ideas on this when you had your treatment, but I have found with experience, that with one MAINTENANCE treatment every THREE or SIX months, most clients can live free from their discomfort. This also turns out to be a very cost effective, preventative approach to care of your back. It could stop a series of treatments if you left it too late.

So I would encourage you to think seriously about taking this option of preventative healthcare.
