| Dear All
I completed this email from the Hotwells clinic in Bristol last Friday, with some emotion. As I have mentioned to a number of clients over the last couple of months, I have now decided to finish my work as an osteopath in Bristol at the end of March 2010. I’m sure you are aware of the recent history of me deciding for personal and family reasons to move to Southampton, and to set up practice there. Things have progressed steadily. However I have increasingly found the travel to Bristol once a week very physically tiring. In other words it’s beginning to take its toll and I need to stop. I have lived in Bristol for over 20 years and have been practicing natural health solutions for over fifteen of them. As I reflect back over those years I can truly say it has been some of the best years of my entire life, often beyond my wildest dreams. I’ve never been so happy in work, plus having the privilege of working with some amazing people - yourselves. I send profound thanks out to you all for your generous support of Bristol Positive Health and for just being such fantastic human beings. To ensure continuity of your osteopathic care I have been working closely with my colleague Paul Henaghan over the last two years. With your permission he will have access to your clinic notes and will seamlessly be able to carry on your treatment. From the beginning of April I really encourage you to book in with Paul. For other practitioners and to simply keep in touch, see my Southampton website. Here is the link: http://www.southamptonosteopathy.co.uk/bristolclients.htm - Paul will be emailing you himself about the times he is working (or you can contact him on 07961 844852). To celebrate the end of an era, and to say thank you, I am holding a small lunch-time gathering which can extend into the afternoon on Friday 26 March. I invite all of you who can to pop down to 39 Oldfield Road, Hotwells, Bristol BS8 4QQ from 1pm to share a few nibbles and drinks, and spend time saying farewell. My guess is that this would end around 3.30pm. Paul will also be around to meet you. It would help my catering if you could email me back to let me know you are coming. Very warm regards Ian Traynar PS Please forward this email to those who you know might be interested |
